UK Standard delivery: 2-5 working days

International Shipping Europe : 5-10working days

International Shipping ( US & The Rest of the world ) : 5- 14 working day

The processing times for all orders is between 1-3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Please note that all order are shipped out after they have processed . Once your order has been processed and shipped out for delivery, tracking information will be sent out to your email. 

Returns

There is a strict NO refund or exchange policy for hygiene reasons due to the type of products we sell. Once an order has been placed , no refund can be offered & only an exchange maybe reviewed when applicable due to a production fault in which an exchange may be offered based on the situation at hand. Once you have placed your order you cannot change your order. In situations where changes may need to be made, kindly be sure to contact us via email. This will have to be reviewed first and if it is possible will increase the processing days of your order.

We do not offer any warranty or guarantee if you damage your bundles, frontals , wigs or any other products purchased from us and are not responsible or liable to offer you a refund or exchange in any way.
